1. Brother in law of Fr. Sathish Kumar:
Mr. Bangras Ranjan derose, beloved brother in law of Rev. Fr. J. Sathish Kumar (parish priest of
idinthakarai) expired on 13.03. 2024, Wednesday. His funeral was held on 13.03.2024 Wednesday
at 3.00 pm in St. Thomas Church, Gandhi Nagar, Tuticorin.
The Diocese expresses its heartfelt condolences and shows its togetherness with his family
members. May his soul rest in peace.

2. REV. FR. YOGARAJ J. T.:
We are very sad to inform you of the demise of Rev. Fr. Yogaraj J. T., aged 54 years on
04.04.2024, Thursday. His mortal remains was kept for homage at the Bishop‟s House chapel from
4.30 pm on 05-04-2024, Friday. His Funeral Mass was held at 9.00 am on 06-04-2024, Saturday,
in Sacred Hearts Cathedral, Tuticorin.
Inter Nos offers its condolences in a special way to the members of the bereaved family and the
Presbyterium. Let us offer three Masses for the repose of the departed soul. May the soul of the
dedicated priest rest in peace!!

3. Brother of Fr. M. Thomas:
Mr.Antony (The Catchist) aged 84, beloved brother of Rev.Fr.M.Thomas expired on 06.04.2024,
Saturday. His funeral took place on 07.04.2024, Sunday at 11 am in St.Thomas Church,
Pandarakulam of Anaikulam Substation.
The Diocese expresses its heartfelt condolences and shows its togetherness with his family

4. Brother of Fr. Irudayaraja M.:
Mr. Albert, beloved younger brother of Rev. Fr. Irudayaraja M., (parish priest of Eruvadi) expired
on 06.04.2024, Saturday, due to heart attack. His funeral was held on 07.04.2024 Sunday at 4.00
pm in Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, Vallioor.

5. Mother of Fr. Bruno Moduthagam:
Mrs. Chellammal (aged 94), beloved mother of Fr. Bruno Moduthagam, (parish priest of
Lourdammalpuram) expired on 24.04.2024, Wednesday. Her funeral was held on 25.04.2024
Thursday at 3.00 pm in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Idinthakarai.

6. REV. FR. GERALD S.:
We are very sad to inform you of the demise of Rev. Fr. Gerald S., aged 66 years on 26.04.2024,
Friday. His mortal remains was kept for homage at the Bishop‟s House chapel from 8.00 am on
27.04.2024, Saturday. His Funeral Mass was held on the same day (27.04.2024) at 3.30 pm, in
Sacred Hearts Cathedral, Tuticorin.
