Vallioor Multi-Purpose Social Service Society – VMSSS is the second official social service society of Thoothukudi Catholic Diocese. Thoothukudi Multi-Purpose Social Service Society was inaugurated on 2000 AD. Its purpose is to serve the social interests of the 50 parishes in the southern and western parts of the diocese.

VMSSS is a non-governmental organization for life, society and environment. It is duly registered under the Society's Act of 1860/XXI. It is registered with the Government of India at Vallioor City in the State of Tamil Nadu, South India with registration number 50/2000.

Vision: To strive for the blossoming of human values by establishing Love, justice, peace, equality and brotherhood.

Mission: To identify the issues/ problems arising towards the Downtrodden and Marginalized Women, Children, Physically Handicapped, Agricultural labourer’s, unorganized workers, Dalits, globalization of small and marginal farmers without discrimination of caste, community, language and religion.

Geographical regions
Tirunelveli District : Vallioor, Kalakadu and Radhapuram Unions
Thoothukudi District : Udankudi, Satankulam along with Alwarthirunagari Unions
Kanyakumari District: Agathiswaram Union

It covers 211 villages in three districts.
