                (iv)   Annual Statistics for the Year 2021:
                    Rev. Fathers are requested to prepare the annual statistical data for the parish and institutions
            for the year 2021. Two Forms are attached with the Inter Nos. You are requested to fill in the forms
            and send one copy to the Chancellor’s office before the end of January 2022, keeping the other in the
            parish/institution file.

            Season’s Greetings!
            Happiness  strengthens  our  immune  systems,  and  our  call  to  priesthood  is  a  call  to  happiness  by
            thinking positively, seeing the invincible, feeling the intangible and achieving the IMPOSSIBLE, and
            thus living a healthy and happy life through the given mission.  A cheerful disposition really does keep
            us going in the love of God and His people.  So, it’s worth looking at what we can do each day to put a
            smile on our face when we offer our life on Calvary every day.  Let us not forget that happiness and
            health are tied together very closely with each affecting the other.   If we are not happy our health
            suffers and vice versa.  Let us be happy during this season of advent and Christmas and protect our
            heart.
                  You are reminded of sending the Mission Sunday collection to the Procurator’s office at the
                    earliest.

                  You are requested to give the Shrine/Parish contributions on 5  of every month without fail.
                  Kindly  give  the  mass  cards  and  receive  the  congrua  (those  who  get  it  from  the  Financial

                    Administrator’s office) on or before 5  of every month.

                  As per the order of the Government, GST has to be filed on or before 10  of every month.  So,
                    I  request  you  dear  fathers  (parishes,  institutions  and  commissions)  not  to  accumulate  the
                    statement  of  accounts  of  two  or  three  months  or  more,  instead,  submit  the  statement  of
